Michele Agnew State Farm is looking for a motivated Insurance Account Representative to join our Bartlett, TN team.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, building lasting relationships, and finding insurance solutions that meet customers’ needs. You’ll combine customer service with sales by assisting existing customers, identifying opportunities, and helping the agency grow.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Assist customers with questions, policy changes, and coverage needs
• Conduct needs-based insurance reviews
• Identify opportunities to provide additional coverage
• Sell and service appropriate insurance products
• Follow up with customers, leads, and referrals
• Help retain customers through responsive service and consistent communication
• Meet established sales and service goals
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity
• Provide a professional and positive customer experience

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Property & Casualty license required, or must be willing to obtain prior to starting
• Life & Health license required, or must be willing to obtain prior to starting
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Comfortable having sales conversations and asking questions
• Organized with strong follow-through
• Goal-oriented and motivated to grow
• Coachable, dependable, and team-oriented
