Gather and accurately enter patient demographic, insurance, and clinical information into the appropriate database to establish a complete and compliant patient record. Coordinate insurance verification and pre-authorization processes to ensure financial clearance and reduce out-of-pocket stress for the patient. Educate patients on pre-service requirements, instructions, and financial responsibilities, promoting a clear and comfortable experience. What Minimum Requirements You'll Need Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. What Additional Preferences We're Seeking Medical Office Scheduling Experience: Candidates should have a proven background in managing clinic scheduling systems. Ability to Multi-task: High aptitude for managing competing priorities within a fast-paced clinic environment. Occasional Travel: Willingness and availability to travel between clinic locations as needed for coverage.
