What You Will Do
- Manage a diverse caseload of employment litigation matters, providing strategic legal counsel to clients.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies and case development.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare for trial, including witness preparation and evidence organization.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations, advocating for their best interests.
- Stay updated on legal trends and developments in employment law to provide informed guidance to clients.
- Mentor junior associates and contribute to team development through knowledge sharing and best practices.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 4–8 years of experience in employment litigation or related fields.
- Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Proven track record of managing litigation cases from inception to resolution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience working with clients in the media or technology sectors.
- Demonstrated success in trial advocacy and courtroom experience.
- Familiarity with alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation and arbitration.
Compensation and Benefits
