Intervention Center Supervisor

Lake Park High School is currently hiring for the 10-month position of Intervention Center Supervisor as detailed below. DATE POSTED: 5/22/2026 LOCATION: East Campus AVAILABILITY: 8/6/2026 QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent Proficient with PCs, tablets, and other mobile electronic devices Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and cloud-based applications Demonstrated aptitude for the work to be performed Effective interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills Strong organizational skills Strong orientation toward providing customer service Strong work ethic Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to work positively and productively with adults and high school-age students Ability to interpret and implement appropriate rules, methods, and techniques in maintaining a disciplined academic environment. Experience working with students and knowledge of conflict resolution techniques and restorative practices are beneficial. SALARY/RATE $17.00 to $18.09 per hour based on experience and level of education as outlined in the Appendix B Salary Schedule (Building and Student Supervision) in District 108 Negotiated Agreement. This is a benefits-eligible position, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and participation in the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF).
