Pay: $38.00–$45.00/hour

Your Core Challenges

• Direct and coordinate CNC milling activity across the shop floor
• Plan production, manage workflow, and elevate team performance
• Provide hands-on support with machine setups and troubleshooting
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and repeatability
• Safeguard quality and ensure parts ship on schedule
• Mentor machinists and operators, developing bench strength
• Collaborate tightly with engineering and production counterparts

What It Takes

• Significant CNC milling experience, including setup and machining
• Previous supervisory/lead background in manufacturing
• Skill in prioritization, team leadership, and rapid problem-solving
• History of success with close-tolerance work and quality systems
• Knowledge of tooling strategies, feeds/speeds, and optimization
