CNC Swiss Machine Operator

My client is currently seeking a CNC Swiss Machine Operator in

To be considered for the Swiss Machine Operator role, the incumbent

must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in running and/or set up of the following Swiss Machines:
• CNC Citizen - L20's and/or L32's
• Star Swiss Turns - SR-20, SV38R and/or SR32J

Job Responsibilities:

Set up and/or operate CNC Swiss machines

Read and interpret blueprints and related technical data to determine tooling

requirements, setup procedures and machining methods and sequences.

Must have the ability to maintain close tolerances (within .0001) tolerance

Prepares and pre-sets all tools needed for the machining operation of Swiss

Turning machines.

Must have an understanding of machine tool accuracies, fixture offsets, and tool

offsets

Knowledge of cutting tool feeds, speeds and tool life

Experience with Fanuc and Mitsubishi controls

First article inspection and inspection of parts during production to maintain

quality throughout the production run.
