Job Description Civil Engineer - Land Development (San Antonio)
We're hiring a Civil Engineer with a land development background to join a growing site/civil team in the San Antonio area. You'll work on residential, commercial, and mixed-use site projects from concept through permitting and construction.
What you'll do
Compensation: $70,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience. We're hiring a Civil Engineer with a land development background to join a growing site/civil team in the San Antonio area. You'll work on residential, commercial, and mixed-use site projects from concept through permitting and construction.
What you'll do
- Design site grading, stormwater management, and drainage systems
- Lay out water, sewer, and other site utilities
- Prepare site plans, plan sets, and permit submittals in Civil 3D
- Coordinate with project managers, PEs, surveyors, and local review agencies
- EIT certification
- At least 1 year of civil engineering experience in land development
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
