Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations to understand client backgrounds and needs. \n
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with measurable goals, continually assessing progress. \n
- Provide high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the client's needs. \n
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment updates, and progress notes according to ethical and legal standards. \n
- Collaborate effectively with other mental health providers, medical professionals, and community resources to ensure comprehensive care. \n
- Engage in case reviews, peer consultations, and ongoing professional development to maintain and enhance clinical skills. \n
Your work will directly engage with a varied patient population across all age groups, focusing on clients experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. We prioritize culturally responsive care, understanding the importance of tailored approaches to meet the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our clients.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's degree in Counseling or a closely related field is required. \n
- An active LPC-MHSP license in Tennessee or eligibility for licensure within 90 days. \n
- A solid background in providing therapy in outpatient or community mental health settings. \n
- Strong competency in developing insightful treatment plans and conducting assessments that meet DSM-5 criteria. \n
- Proficiency in using EHR systems and understanding the documentation processes and compliance requirements. \n

- A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing outpatient mental health services. \n
- In-depth knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and a strong commitment to culturally sensitive practices. \n
- Experience working with diverse client populations and effectively addressing various mental health issues. \n
We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, complemented by productivity bonuses and performance incentives.
