Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations to understand client backgrounds and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• An active LPC-MHSP license in Tennessee or eligibility for licensure within 90 days.

• Strong competency in developing insightful treatment plans and conducting assessments that meet DSM-5 criteria.

• Proficiency in using EHR systems and understanding the documentation processes and compliance requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, complemented by productivity bonuses and performance incentives.
