Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and holistic assessments for new and ongoing clients to create personalized treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.

• Provide effective individual, group, and family counseling sessions via our telehealth platform, utilizing your clinical expertise to engage clients and foster a safe therapeutic environment.

• Employ evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care practices to support client recovery.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention when necessary and coordinate referrals to additional resources to facilitate comprehensive support for clients in need.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, case managers, and social workers, to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while adhering to all confidentiality guidelines and compliance standards as required by Tennessee state regulations.

• Engage in regular case consultations, participate in team meetings, and pursue ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical competencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role requires a deep understanding of the diverse needs of our client population, which encompasses individuals from various backgrounds facing issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health disorders. You will play a crucial part in guiding clients through their therapeutic journeys, employing culturally-sensitive approaches to ensure all individuals feel heard, valued, and empowered.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LMHC license in Tennessee, ensuring you are in good standing with the state’s licensing board.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field, ideally complemented by a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health services in outpatient or community settings, demonstrating your ability to handle a caseload effectively.
