Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to inform treatment planning and develop tailored, effective intervention strategies.

• Create pre-crisis and crisis plans in collaboration with the clinical team, providing insight into behavioral guidelines and medication treatment considerations.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and complete required documentation efficiently.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate client needs and promote positive therapeutic outcomes.
\n
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client care.
\n
• Serve as a consultant for best practices in mental health and assist in developing framework for community partnerships.
\n
• Establish and nurture communication channels with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community resources to enhance service delivery.
\n
• Participate in licensing and accreditation processes to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
\n
• Engage in professional development activities, including attending conferences and contributing to statewide meetings relevant to mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Health Link Now, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing emotional challenges, substance use issues, developmental disabilities, and those requiring support during critical transition phases. The goal is to foster independence and facilitate recovery through tailored therapeutic interventions that address the unique needs of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Must possess an Independent LMHC License.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
