Director of Business Development

Overview We’re looking for an ambitious and multifaceted Director of Business Development to drive revenue, growth, and strategic initiatives aimed at accelerating the adoption of Blueprint Infrastructure . Blueprint is a unified platform built to optimize digital asset portfolios. Blueprint was ideated, incubated, and built in-house as a Hivemind Digital company – embodying our builder culture and entrepreneurial spirit. Blueprint is in its early, but rapidly developing, go-to-market phase. As the Director of Business Development, you will not only close new business, but also help operationalize the sales strategy and build the foundations needed for hyperscale. You will be Blueprint's founding business development hire, and will be trusted with a high degree of ownership and autonomy as you work closely with Product, Engineering, and the Chief Executive Officer to grow the business. This role is perfect for someone that is comfortable with both the strategic and tactical work needed to build a successful company. What you\'ll do Define Blueprint’s sales playbook and lead its execution in partnership with Marketing, Operations, and Legal Teams Identify, qualify, and develop customer and partner relationships with outreach and leading product demonstrations Lead efforts to manage, nurture, and retain existing Blueprint accounts Serve as the bridge between customers and Product Teams - deeply understanding workflows across trading, staking, operations, finance, and reporting to build features that address customers' needs Develop partnerships with staking, data, trading, and custody vendors to expand Blueprint’s ecosystem and integrations Own projects that don’t squarely fall within scope, such as early revenue operations, customer onboarding processes, and/or product management. Our ideal candidate 5+ years in a multifaceted role such as business development, partnerships, or other early-stage 0-1 sales-oriented role Skilled at customer conversations, storytelling, and earning trust with sophisticated institutional users Proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Hypermotivated, ambitious, and eager to contribute to Blueprint’s overall success Strong knowledge and interest in digital assets Compensation A well-qualified candidate, based in New York City, can expect a base salary of $165,000-$175,000. A standard offer from Blueprint includes base compensation, a generous incentive-based compensation structure, and a highly competitive benefits and perks package. Offers are determined by a number of factors including (but not limited to) the applicant\'s experience, skills, certifications, as well as internal equity among our team.
