Responsibilities

• Expand and convert Ethicon surgical product sales within assigned territory
• Demonstrate proper preparation and use of surgical products in operating room settings
• Manage customer questions and objections using established sales training methods
• Conduct case coverage and support surgeons with strategic product platforms
• Maintain compliance with company policies, Business Conduct Policy, and clinical knowledge standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 0–2 years of business experience
• Valid US driver's license
• Ability to travel as needed, including overnight and weekend trips
• Ability to work in operating room environments
• Strong sales methodology execution and customer objection management
