Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.What You Will Do Perform structural analysis of Fan, Low-Pressure Compressor (LPC) components via hand calculations and finite element analysisUtilize analysis results to provide recommendations/proposals to the Integrated Product Team (IPT).Work closely with all engineering disciplines on the IPT to identify balanced solutions to technical tasks.Utilize the latest P&W structural best practices and analytical tools.Provide documentation of analyses in the form of formal reports and presentations for management and customers.Identify structural risks within work of moderate scope to ensure project completionTravel up to 10%Qualifications You Must HaveBachelor of Science Degree in Engineering and 2 years of relevant experienceQualifications We PreferDegree in Mechanical or Aerospace EngineeringStrong knowledge of Airfoils/BladesProficiency in structural finite element methods.Focus on results and the ability to drive tasks to completion.Demonstrated experience leveraging excellent written and oral communication skills required to convey results and ideas effectively to drive business.Demonstrated experience working well within a team and possessing a positive attitude toward meeting individual and group commitments.What We OfferRelocation EligibilityLearn More & Apply NowCompression Systems Engineering (CSE)Compression Systems Engineering is responsible for the design, development, and in service support of all fans low-pressure and high-pressure compressors for commercial and military engine models.
