We're looking for motivated Production Associates to support our automotive manufacturing operation. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality metal automotive components in a clean, climate-controlled facility while working alongside a supportive team. This position offers opportunities to learn new skills and grow into lead operator, line lead, or supervisory roles.

• Operate manufacturing equipment and production lines safely and efficiently
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet customer and safety standards
• Move materials and products throughout the facility to support production
• Load, unload, assemble, pack, and palletize products as needed
• Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality guidelines
• Complete production documentation and use digital tools for reporting
• Support warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory activities when needed
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals

• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to regularly lift 30+ pounds
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow written instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes

• Experience with material handling equipment, pallet jacks, or cranes
• Machine operation, setup, or troubleshooting experience
• Quality inspection experience
• Experience using tablets or electronic reporting systems
• Leadership potential and interest in career advancement

This position is based in a modern automotive manufacturing facility. Employees work 8-10 hour shifts in a production environment that includes assembly lines, stamping presses, welding equipment, and material handling operations. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.

The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $19.00/hr.
