Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited educational program. Active Minnesota PTA license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Minimum 6 months experience working as a PTA in a clinical setting. Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred. Ability to manage daily patient volumes consistent with SNF caseloads (typical volumes: 8–15 patients per day). Ability to meet productivity standards and a guaranteed 36-hour workweek with an 85% productivity expectation.

Preferred Qualifications Previous travel PTA experience. Experience with restorative programs and common SNF documentation systems. Experience performing evaluations and progressing skilled treatment plans under PT direction.

Assignment Details Schedule: Monday through Friday. Days per week: 5. Typical daily patient volume: 8–15 patients. No weekend or on-call coverage required. Setting: Skilled nursing facility.
