Primary Skills: Legal Negotiation, Contract Drafting, Analytical Expert, Compliance Advanced, Communication Master Location: Mountain View, San Diego, CA, or Atlanta, GA (#LI-Hybrid) Contract: W2 Duration: 6 months Pay Range: $105- $110 Per Hour JOB SUMMARY This role involves heavy interaction with both the legal department's contracts and marketing groups, focusing on U.S. and global commercial transactions, strategic sourcing, and marketing activities with a significant emphasis on contracts and advertising law compliance. The ideal candidate will be a driver of both strategy and efficiency, capable of understanding and advising on the technical and business implications of various transactions, while actively working to improve day-to-day processes. Applicants should be adaptable, highly skilled in legal matters related to technology transactions and marketing, and ready to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. JOB REQUIREMENTS Draft, negotiate, and advise on U.S. and global commercial contracts including SaaS agreements, data licenses, and sales contracts. Work closely with key infrastructure partners focusing on strategic sourcing matters. Support marketing activities, ensuring compliance with advertising and consumer protection laws, including CANSPAM and TCPA. Review and provide input on privacy terms of agreements, with knowledge of U.S. and E.U. privacy laws. Drive efforts to increase process scalability and efficiency within the legal department. Must Have Skills J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school or equivalent legal education in a foreign country. 10+ years' experience in transactions and marketing law, preferably within the technology sector. Strong analytical and negotiation skills, combined with outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
