Senior Project Manager

PTI is seeking a competent and experienced Senior Project Manager, preferably with experience in Manufacturing to join our Operations Team. This role is responsible for delivering machine orders 100% accurate, 100% complete, 100% perfect and 100% on time. The successful candidate will work with internal project management to achieve exceptional client experience starting with the initial sale all the way through final mile execution ensuring satisfaction of all client‑related deliverables. The role will work daily with most functions in the company including Sales, Assembly, Operations and Engineering. A standard machine build time is 6-10 weeks, custom builds can be longer and oftentimes require a creative and resourceful approach to drive them successfully to completion. Success in this role may benefit from working in the manufacturing industry, but at the foundation requires a leader that is strategic, customer focused, business minded, quality minded, and process and timeline focused. Leaders that have the ability to develop, implement and effectively manage processes to deliver on PTI’s promise of an exceptional client experience will be successful here. We are seeking a focused and communicative professional who has a strong understanding of project management and manufacturing principles and planning. The role will be responsible for managing & improving project timelines, clearly communicating project updates to our clients and internal Teams and ensuring equipment builds cross the finish‑line with the highest level of quality. The role will require assessing and managing resource needs, problem solving, clear communication, teamwork, and a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction. Senior Project Manager in Manufacturing Role Description Expand upon the Project Management Vision at PTI and lead the Project management team Lead and foster alignment amongst Project Management, Sales, Production and Service. Ownership of all PTI revenue streams reporting weekly to senior leadership Support the team in attaining needed resources and adjustments needed to meet client expectations. Lead the review of processes and systems on an ongoing basis to determine where improvements can be made. Provide guidance and approval on developing standards and procedures related to project matters. Research strategies to further improve the customer experience. Implementing customer satisfaction strategies to improve quality of PTI’s solutions. Skills and Qualifications 10+ Years Experience in Project Management/Manufacturing Track history of senior leadership involving organization build out and management Six-Sigma and PMP Training a Valuable Asset Bachelor’s or associate degree in a technical field Excellent communicator both verbally and written Highly detail and schedule oriented Ability to meet project deadlines under pressure Resume, references, diplomas/certificates, case studies of past success, interviews, and quantitative skills assessment will be used for determining qualification.
