We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role requires a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Pivot Tables and requires experience with Oracle accounting systems. Key Responsibilities:

- Review and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness of transactions
- Research, reconcile, and resolve discrepancies in financial records and accounts
- Perform reconciliations between sub-systems and the general ledger
- Prepare journal entries, cost transfers, and financial reports
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, including cash flow and investment tracking
- Process daily cash transactions and record entries in accounting systems
- Reconcile daily cash and investment activity across multiple systems
- Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and journal entries
- Prepare accounts payable cash requirements and reconcile related documentation
- Maintain financial documentation such as property, escrow, or ownership records
- Assist with internal and external audits and provide supporting documentation
- Respond to internal requests and coordinate issue resolution
- Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3+ years of relevant accounting experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including pivot tables
- Experience with enterprise accounting systems (e.g., Oracle or similar)
- Comfortable working with high-volume data entry and spreadsheet analysis
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to analyze data and solve problems effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
