This position offers:

• Location: 205 North East Avenue, Jackson, MI 49201
• Start Date: 05/05/2026
• Shift: 8- or 10-hour shifts, Monday or Friday weekly
• Hours/Week: 32-40 hours
• Employment Type: Locum potential for placement/full-time
• Licenses/Certifications: Valid CRNA license, BLS, ACLS required
• Experience: Prior anesthesia experience preferred
• Pay Rate: $184.25 per hour

What you'll do:

• Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures for adult and pediatric patients
• Support neurosurgical cases, managing neurological status before and after procedures
• Perform spinal and local infiltration anesthesia as needed
• Monitor and manage ventilation and respiratory status during procedures
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams in a team-based environment
• Document all anesthesia records using Epic EMR
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and procedural protocols
• Respond to emergencies, including airway management and intubation if necessary
• Contribute to approximately 50 surgical cases daily within a Level II Trauma Center setting
• Work in multiple ORs with rotating assignments

What you need:

• Active CRNA license in Michigan
• BLS, ACLS certifications
• Prior anesthesia experience preferred
• Ability to work scheduled shifts without on-call requirements
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
