What You'll Be Doing

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components according to blueprints and specifications
• Complete builds according to customer sales orders and manufacturing prints
• Read and interpret: blueprints, operation sheets, wire lists, shop travelers, rework and repair instructions
• Braze copper joints used in refrigeration circuits
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete assemblies
• Maintain material pulls and production schedules
• Move materials and paperwork throughout the manufacturing process
• Maintain accurate production and status records
• Ensure products meet quality and safety standards

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of Mechanical Assembly experience
• 2+ years of Electrical Assembly experience
• Experience using: hand tools, power tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Brazing experience
• Manufacturing or production assembly
• Experience working from detailed work instructions and technical drawings

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Allis, WI.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
