Associate Director, Customer Service - ERP & Training Lead

A leading sports publishing company is looking for an Associate Director, Customer Service, to oversee all aspects of customer order entry and returns processing at their headquarters in Champaign, IL. The role requires supervising the Order Entry Specialists, training staff on new ERP systems, and liaising between departments.
