Temporary Part Time Receptionist

Airstream Las Vegas is looking for an energetic, friendly, and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in creating the exceptional experience that Airstream owners and enthusiasts have come to expect. This is a temporary role to cover for an employee on a temporary leave. Employment is expected to continue for the duration of the leave and may conclude upon the employee's return. What You'll Do Welcome customers and guests with a positive, professional attitude Answer and direct incoming phone calls Assist customers with general questions and connect them with the appropriate department Manage incoming and outgoing mail Support the sales, service, and business office teams with administrative tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area Assist with filing, data entry, and other clerical duties as needed Help create a warm and welcoming environment for customers and employees alike What We're Looking For Outstanding customer service and communication skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred Schedule Temporary Position Monday–Friday

9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
