Finance & Accounting Manager (1st US Accounting hire) | Series B SaaS | Flatiron, NYC Hybrid working (2-3 days Flatiron, NYC) $150,000 - $180,000 (depending on experience) + equity + benefits This opportunity is to be the first dedicated US Finance & Accounting hire owing to explosive US growth (>50% of their customers are in the US), working very closely with the Global Accounting & Finance function based in London. Key responsibilities to include: Own the day-to-day full-cycle US accounting function Continue to evolve the finance infrastructure from a process, controls and systems perspective, utilising AI at every opportunity Partner cross functionally in relation to contract review and structuring, with a particular focus on GTM and Legal (all US based) Support CFO & Finance Lead (London based) on FP&A / Strategic Finance Profile: Active CPA High growth VC backed SaaS experience Established and credible business partner to the GTM & Legal functions – Significant experience on advising on new and renewal contract reviews Strong ASC 606 grounding Automation-led mindset, who is constantly looking for ways to improve and enhance the tech stack Sharp, ambitious and curious in nature Potentially open to relocating to SF in 12-18+ months’ time #J-18808-Ljbffr Talentedge Recruitment Limited
