The Admitting Clerk is responsible for:
- Admitting patients by gathering and recording physician, patient, and payment responsibility information
- Verify patient insurance and personal identification documents
- Ensure registration forms are properly signed
- Providing hospital and hospital services information, and other duties as assigned
