EXPERIENCED CABINET INSTALLERS WANTED for ALL AREAS of SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

Position Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience as a full-time cabinet installer which includes, but is not limited to, the abilities to proficiently use a tape measure; read/understand drawings and blueprints and apply instructions to the installation; maintain tight tolerances, miters, and joints; etc. 
• Reliable transportation to one or multiple Southern California job sites per day (new home and apartment construction).
• Installation tools of the trade in capable and safe working order.
• Experienced with both Euro/frame-less and face-frame cabinetry.
• Effective communication as it relates to the job.

Pay:  Installers earn on a piece rate basis. Wages may range from $65,000 to $160,000 per year depending on the installer's experience and efficiency level, and construction market conditions.

Physical Requirements:  lift, push, pull, and carry up to 80 pounds; climb stairs while carrying between 40 and 60 pounds; carrying materials multiple floors and distances; operate saw, hand, and pneumatic tools; utilize close and color vision; utilize hand, fingers, arms, legs, feet, back, to lift and position cabinets and components and to use work tools.

Working Environment:  Work is performed in a construction environment, mostly inside new buildings or remodels; the temperature and humidity will typically mirror weather conditions.

Requisitos del puesto:

• 3+ años de experiencia como instalador de gabinetes a tiempo completo que incluye, pero no se limita a, las habilidades para usar de manera competente una cinta métrica; leer/comprender dibujos y planos y aplicar instrucciones a la instalación; mantener tolerancias, ingletes y juntas estrictas; etc. 
• Transporte confiable para llevarlo a usted y a sus herramientas al lugar de trabajo (construcción de casas o apartamentos nuevos).
• Herramientas de instalación del oficio en condiciones de funcionamiento capaces y seguras.
• Experiencia con gabinetes europeos / sin marco y con marco frontal.
• Comunicación efectiva en lo que se refiere al trabajo.

Pago:  Los instaladores ganan por pieza. Los salarios pueden oscilar entre $ 65,000 y $ 160,000 por año, dependiendo de la experiencia y el nivel de eficiencia del instalador, y las condiciones del mercado de la construcción.

Requisitos físicos:  levantar, empujar, tirar y transportar hasta 80 libras; subir escaleras cargando entre 40 y 60 libras; transportar materiales a múltiples pisos y distancias; operar herramientas de sierra, manuales y neumáticas; utilizar la visión cercana y del color; Utilice la mano, los dedos, los brazos, las piernas, los pies, la espalda, para levantar y colocar gabinetes y componentes y para usar herramientas de trabajo.

Ambiente de trabajo:  El trabajo se realiza en un entorno de construcción, principalmente dentro de edificios nuevos o remodelaciones; la temperatura y la humedad generalmente reflejarán el clima exterior.
