For more than 40 years, Quest International has supported medical device manufacturers, healthcare organizations, OEMs, and technology customers through repair, field service, logistics, and technical support solutions. What You'll Do

Answer incoming customer calls and respond to service inquiries.

Create, update, and maintain customer service tickets and work orders.

Coordinate field technicians and schedule customer service appointments.

Monitor open requests and follow up until resolution.

Provide customers with service updates, appointment information, and technician arrival details.

Professionally handle customer questions, concerns, and service issues.

Maintain accurate customer information in ERP, CRM, and service-management systems.

Prioritize customer requests based on urgency and service requirements.

Communicate with field technicians, customers, and internal departments.

Maintain accurate records and follow established service procedures.

What You Need to Qualify

Strong customer service and professional communication skills.

Comfortable answering customer calls throughout the workday.

Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.

Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities.

Ability to handle challenging customer situations professionally.

Availability to work onsite in Irvine, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Preferred Experience Customer service or call center experience.

Scheduling, dispatch, or service coordination.

ERP, CRM, ticketing, or service-management systems.

Administrative support or order processing.

Experience supporting technicians or field service operations.

Training is available for company-specific systems and procedures. Compensation — What Does DOE Mean?

DOE means "Depending on Experience." Quest International offers $20.00–$24.00 per hour for this position, plus applicable overtime. Example:

A candidate with basic customer service experience may receive a different starting offer than someone with several years of service dispatch, scheduling, and CRM experience.
