Pay Rate: $30- 35.00/HR on W2 Location: 1801 Lind Ave SW, Renton WA Hours: M-F, 8-5
Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances/Team Overview: Business Casual, Working with a team
Resource's typical working day: - Customer service - Assisting Customers - Research mail - Mail Sorting - Mail Deliveries - Receiving and delivering incoming packages - Using Client postage machine - Lifting up to 50lbs
Must Have Skills: - Strong verbal and written communication abilities - Excellent customer service orientation - Ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders - Active listening and problem-solving skills - Courteous and responsive demeanor in handling inquiries
Nice to have skills: - Ability to work collaboratively across departments - Willingness to support team goals and contribute to group success - Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive working relationships - Flexibility in adapting to different team dynamics and workflows
Years of Experience: at least 2-3+ experience and/or related industries. Education: HS diploma Software skills: - Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint - Email management (Outlook)
Interview Process: 1 onsite interview
