In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring invoices are processed accurately, vendors are supported, and operations never miss a beat—all in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where no two days look the same.*This is an on-site position working a hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days in the office) at the Texas Roadhouse Support Center located in Louisville, KentuckyWhat's On Your PlateProcess high-volume invoices and payments across multiple systems—accurately and on timeInvestigate and resolve vendor payment discrepancies and invoice issuesCommunicate with restaurants, internal teams, and suppliers to keep everything on trackReview vendor statements and proactively address outstanding balancesSupport month-end activities including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliationsAssist with duplicate payment research, reversals, and reissuesHelp optimize processes—partnering with leadership to improve efficiency and workflowsSupport supplier relationships, including payment terms and digital invoicing adoptionJump into special projects and cross-train across AP functions to grow your skillsetYour Recipe for Success1+ year of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience requiredStrong communication skills—you're confident working with all levels internally and externallyCritical thinking and troubleshooting mindset—you enjoy digging into issues and finding solutionsAbility to stay organized and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and follow-throughProficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel); ERP system experience is a plusWhy You'll Love Your JobAs our founder Kent Taylor said, "We're a people-first company that just happens to serve steaks."
