Job Description

• Manage luxury residential projects from preconstruction through final turnover.
• Oversee estimating activities for custom home builds, including takeoffs and pricing.
• Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination.
• Review drawings, scopes, and bid documents with a high level of detail.
• Work closely with ownership, architects, and high-net-worth clients.
• Ensure quality craftsmanship and high-touch client communication throughout.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Oversee site visits to ensure work aligns with design intent and luxury standards.
• Build strong relationships with regional specialty subcontractors.
• Maintain strong control over timelines, budgets, and project expectations.

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of experience in luxury or high-end custom residential construction.
• Strong experience working in Minneapolis, MN luxury markets.
• Ability to read and interpret complex architectural/ID drawings and bid packages.
• Exceptional communication skills and detail-oriented mindset.
• Able to collaborate directly with owners, architects, and high-profile clients.
• Demonstrated stability and strong project delivery track record.
