About the Role:

Bruster's of Winchester is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Crew Leader to join our team in Winchester, VA! This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role at one of the most beloved ice cream brands around, where every shift is a chance to create sweet memories for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate crew members during shifts to ensure smooth, efficient operations
• Provide exceptional customer service and model positive guest interactions for the team
• Prepare and serve ice cream products, sundaes, cones, and specialty items with consistency and quality
• Open and/or close the store following established procedures and checklists
• Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards throughout the shift
• Train and support new team members on products, procedures, and service standards
• Handle cash transactions, POS systems, and basic shift reporting accurately

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a food service, quick service, or retail environment preferred
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, team-first attitude
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
