Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding, hands-on role providing direct support to students as a licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in a dynamic school setting. This contract opportunity is situated near Burleson, TX, with the position scheduled from early August 2026 through early June 2027. Working full-time during the academic year, you'll engage with 70–85 students, primarily in group settings, and work onsite under the supervision of an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist.

Requirements for Success:

• Valid Texas SLPA License issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR)
• Experience or knowledge of school-based SLPA responsibilities
• Ability to collaborate closely with supervising SLPs and educational staff
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Enthusiasm for working with elementary and/or secondary students in group speech therapy sessions
• Commitment to supporting diverse learners with varying communication needs

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Delivering direct speech-language intervention services to groups of students, as outlined by supervising SLP
• Tracking student progress, maintaining session documentation, and contributing to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) as requested
• Coordinating with teachers and campus teams to implement therapy within the school environment
• Attending meetings, professional development sessions, and supervision conferences as scheduled
• Adapting intervention materials to fit student goals and classroom activities
