Your key responsibilities include:

• Preparing, organizing, and maintaining the operating room environment
• Ensuring sterile techniques and following strict infection control standards
• Assisting surgeons and surgical teams by passing instruments and materials
• Managing surgical tools and technology before, during, and after operations
• Keeping track of supplies and ensuring everything is ready for each procedure
• Working closely with nurses, anesthesiologists, and surgical personnel to ensure seamless care delivery
• Accurately documenting surgical counts and maintaining records

Educational qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Licensure and certifications:

• Active CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) certification required
• BLS certification (or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire)
