Customer Relations Coordinator

Engaging with customers through phone and email, the full-time Seasonal Customer Relations Coordinator will assist with online and in-store purchase issues while collaborating with various departments to resolve concerns effectively in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Engage with customers via inbound and outbound phone calls and emails Document customer interactions accurately within the Zendesk ticketing system Collaborate with other departments to address service or product-related challenges Required qualifications Prior experience in customer support or an inbound call center environment is a plus Ability to troubleshoot basic IT issues and navigate multiple systems simultaneously Successful completion of the training program is required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry Open and flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
