Benefits & Leave Coordinator | Hybrid, Health Insurance

The Children's Place

A leading children's apparel retailer is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to administer employee benefits programs and manage leave of absence inquiries. This role requires strong knowledge of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks. The Benefits Coordinator will conduct new hire orientations and collaborate with vendors to resolve benefits issues. A bachelor's degree in HR or Business is preferred, along with experience in benefits administration. The role is full-time in Secaucus, New Jersey, with a hybrid work model including in-office days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. #J-18808-Ljbffr
