Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

Registered Nurse – Critical Care

Details regarding shifts and schedule will be provided upon application.

Contract length and guaranteed hours per week will be discussed during the interview process.

Current RN license in state of practice

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor

Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) required within 1 year of hire

Passing completion of a Critical Care Nursing course

Six months previous critical care experience preferred

Provide appropriate nursing interventions in stable and emergent patient situations

Competent in medication administration, intravenous therapy, and care of medical equipment

Accurately interpret ECG rhythms and manage care of patients during life-threatening emergencies

Demonstrate knowledge in the care and management of patients requiring ICP and ventriculostomy monitoring

Supervise and delegate care responsibilities commensurate with the scope of practice of ancillary personnel
