Summary Analyst Supply Chain is responsible for the development and deployment of supply chain processes and vendor management inventory, including inventory status data, data integrity, and order management. They work collaboratively with the Supply Chain team and cross-functionally with the Business Management team to troubleshoot and resolve client supply chain related issues. Job remains open until filled. Responsibilities Generate orders and create/maintain inventory plans. Assist Planning and Supply Chain management in meeting designated metrics and maintain open communication. Provide analytical support to supply chain projects and initiatives, managing ongoing business needs. Coordinate and research performance data, and conduct analysis to monitor and report technology to streamline and improve reporting accuracy. Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Business degree preferred; customer service experience; order management expertise. 3-5 years of experience in EDI, Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution and Inventory Management. Experience in eCommerce is a plus. Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Analytical and curious; comfortable with uncertainty and shades of gray. Tech savvy and extremely comfortable using cloud-based systems. Self‑starter who loves data, analysis and spotting trends. Effective team player with strong communication skills; interaction with external partners and internal team members. Ability to escalate problems, information and data to the relevant owners and teams and follow through on resolutions. Detail oriented and strong organizational skills. Comfortable with learning curve and constant change in fast‑moving, ever‑changing eCommerce. Dedicated office at home or elsewhere with access to secure high‑speed internet and phone, and sufficient space for two monitors. Experience with G‑Suite (Gmail, G‑Drive, Sheets, Presentations, Calendar, Drawings, etc.) is a plus; at a minimum, adept at Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Environmental & Physical Requirements Office / Sedentary requirements: Work primarily in an office environment, sit for extended periods (66%+ of the day), hear the telephone, enter data on a computer, and lift up to 10 pounds. This position is primarily sedentary.
