Relationship Manager (FVP/SVP) 6 days ago Requisition ID: 1042 Salary Range: $150,000.00 To $225,000.00 Annually The Relationship Manager is responsible for originating commercial loans, maintaining a strong client relationships, monitoring loan portfolio performance, and supporting the overall Bank's efforts in business development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Develop and generate new commercial lending opportunities through business development activities, networking, and referrals. Manage and grow a loan portfolio. Structure, negotiate, and present loan proposals. Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to identify additional banking needs and ensure customer satisfaction/retention.QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial/real estate lending or business banking. Knowledge of commercial loan products, credit analysis, and financial statements. Strong business development and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
