The firm is known for handling high-profile cases involving multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements and offers strong trial exposure under the guidance of award-winning litigators.This role provides hands-on responsibility across a diverse caseload, with opportunities to contribute to both individual matters and larger complex litigation files.What You Will Do:Handle personal injury, medical malpractice, and mass tort litigation mattersManage a caseload of small to medium-sized cases independentlyAssist senior attorneys on large-scale, high-value litigation mattersDraft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefsConduct legal research and case analysisSupport case strategy, discovery, and settlement negotiationsCollaborate with attorneys and legal teams in a fast-paced environmentWhat You Will Need:Minimum 2 years of litigation experienceStrong legal research and legal writing skillsExperience drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and related legal documentsStrong analytical, organizational, and case management abilitiesEffective communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-driven environmentJ.D. and active bar admission (or eligibility to practice in New Jersey)
