Region Manager

Job Title: Region Manager

Reports to: President

This position is responsible for the oversight of branch locations within the assigned region.


Essential Functions:

• Position is responsible for delivering a profitable region.
• Position is responsible for hiring, promoting, and training branch managers for each branch within the assigned region.
• The position is responsible for instilling the IMPACT Safety, Vision, Mission, and Values throughout their assigned region.
• The position is responsible for inspecting, ranking, and holding accountable each assigned branch manager and location for profitability, growth, and overall results measured against the annual objectives.
• Responsible for reporting region results monthly, quarterly and development of annual objectives to the President and Executive Team.
• Responsible for working closely with the Region Service Manager to ensure quality, consistency, and maintenance of equipment within the region.
• Responsible for annual review of branches and branch managers.
• Responsible for fostering an energetic workplace emphasizing the customer experience across all assigned locations.
• Responsible for working closely with the Fleet Acquisitions Manager, Sales Manager, and President to develop annual region fleet plan.
• Responsible for working with Corporate Trainer other Region Managers, Service Manager, and President to review, develop, and refine all training classes on an annual basis.

Qualifications:

• College Degree preferred not required.
• Previous management experience required.
• Interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Sense of Urgency with a desire to provide a top-level customer experience is essential.
• High level verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must be able to move around the office, retrieve files, and operate office equipment.
• Must be able to operate a computer and landline phone efficiently.
