About the Role | 포지션 소개 Procon E&C는 산업 및 specialty construction 시장에서 신규 고객을 발굴하고, 영업 기회를 확대하며, 회사의 대외 이미지를 강화할 Business Development & Marketing Manager를 찾고 있습니다. 이 포지션은 단순 영업직이 아닌, 고객과의 신뢰 관계를 구축하고 회사를 대표하여 외부 시장에서 Procon의 얼굴 역할을 수행하는 핵심 포지션입니다. 기존 고객 관리뿐 아니라 신규 기회 발굴, 네트워킹, 고객 미팅, 비즈니스 식사, 현장 방문 등을 통해 실제 수주 가능성을 높이는 역할을 담당합니다. 당사 고객 중 한국계 기업 및 한국어 사용 고객 비중이 높기 때문에 한국어와 영어 모두 능통한 지원자 가 필요합니다. Leadership, Estimating, Operations 팀과 긴밀히 협업하여 기회를 실제 프로젝트 수주로 연결하는 역할입니다. Key Responsibilities | 주요 업무 Business Development & Sales Growth | 영업개발 및 매출 확대
기존 고객 및 잠재 고객과의 관계 구축 및 유지
산업공장, 제조시설, commercial construction 시장 내 신규 영업 기회 발굴 Bid invitation, negotiated project, strategic introduction 확대고객 미팅, 현장 방문, 네트워킹 행사, 식사 미팅 등 대외 활동 수행
모든 외부 접점에서 Procon을 전문적으로 대표 Sales pipeline 관리 및 opportunity follow-up 진행 최초 접촉부터 award 단계까지 pursuit strategy 지원 내부 estimating / operations 팀과 협업하여 경쟁력 있는 proposal 지원 주요 프로젝트에 대한 go / no-go 판단 참여향후 신규 지역 시장 진출 지원
Account Management | 고객 관리핵심 고객 및 반복 고객과 정기적 소통 유지
장기 고객 관계 구축 및 repeat business 확대 고객의 needs, schedule, decision process 파악고객 요청사항 및 신규 기회에 신속하고 정확하게 대응
고객 이슈 발생 시 내부 팀과 협업하여 해결 지원
Marketing & Brand Presence | 마케팅 및 대외 이미지 관리회사의 외부 이미지 및 브랜드 관리
Company presentation, capability statement, proposal formatting, brochure 등 대외 자료 관리 Website, LinkedIn 등 온라인 채널 관리 Trade show, networking 행사, 업계 이벤트 참여 및 기획 시장 내 일관되고 professional한 회사 메시지 유지 Internal Leadership | 내부 리더십 Preconstruction Estimator 업무 관리 및 지원 시장 동향, 경쟁사, 가격 압박, 고객 움직임 등 leadership 보고회사 성장에 따라 향후 영업 조직 확대 지원
경영진 대상 pipeline 현황 및 전략 보고 Qualifications | 자격 요건 Required | 필수 한국어 / 영어 능통 (Fluent in Korean and English) 영업, business development, account management, client relations 등 관련 경력 5년 이상 뛰어난 대인관계 능력 및 relationship building 역량비즈니스 매너와 판단력이 뛰어난 분
