We're growing quickly and are looking for an organized, relationship-driven Part-Time Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our Chicago team immediately.

Position Overview

As our Influencer Marketing Specialist, you'll manage influencer campaigns from start to finish while building meaningful relationships with creators and clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for social media and influencer partnerships.

This is an in-person position based in our River North office in Chicago , with occasional attendance at client events throughout the city.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit influencers that align with each client's brand and campaign objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, and talent managers.
• Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, contracts, scheduling, and campaign logistics.
• Coordinate both gifted and paid influencer partnerships.
• Create campaign briefs and communicate deliverables, timelines, and expectations.
• Track influencer content to ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Review content for brand alignment before publication when applicable.
• Maintain campaign trackers, creator databases, and outreach records.
• Attend weekly client meetings and provide campaign updates.
• Collaborate with our social media team to integrate influencer marketing into broader campaigns.
• Prepare campaign recap reports and performance analytics.
• Attend influencer events, restaurant openings, media events, and client activations as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in influencer marketing.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and current creator trends.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Hospitality, restaurant, lifestyle, or agency experience is a plus.
