Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated PPF Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for installing paint protection film (PPF) and window tint while ensuring high-quality workmanship across a variety of vehicles. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities Essential Functions

Install paint protection film (PPF) on a variety of vehicles with accuracy and consistency
Install window tint
Perform surface preparation, cleaning, and finishing to ensure a flawless application
Work on both high-end and everyday vehicles , maintaining OEM-level quality standards
Inspect completed work and ensure it meets quality expectations
Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow and production goals

Qualifications

Experience with PPF installation preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
Strong attention to detail and a craftsmanship mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Pride in your work and a desire to continuously improve
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
