About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Treasury to take on a pivotal role in leading its global treasury operations. The successful candidate will be a key strategic partner to the CFO, with a focus on enterprise-wide treasury activities. This includes but is not limited to, liquidity management, capital structure, banking relationships, debt management, financial risk oversight, and the development of treasury strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. The VP of Treasury will also be responsible for managing global liquidity and cash forecasting, overseeing debt and lender relationships, and supporting capital allocation and financing strategies. Applicants for the VP of Treasury position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. A CTP certification is required, and a CPA is also preferred. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, or capital markets, with a proven track record of leading treasury functions within large manufacturing, industrial, consumer products, or private equity-backed companies. Strong expertise in debt management, cash forecasting, banking relationships, and capital structure management is essential. The role also involves driving process improvements, technology enhancements, and governance initiatives within the treasury function.
