Housing Works
Housing Works seeks a Harm Reduction Specialist in New York to serve as a bridge between clients, staff and medical providers. You will conduct assessments, enroll clients in case management, provide health education and coordinate services to promote recovery and wellbeing. You will maintain documentation, support group activities, and assist in navigating insurance and community resources while engaging clients with culturally sensitive outreach and timely communication. #J-18808-Ljbffr Housing Works
