Volt is immediately hiring for Buyer in Torrance, CA

As a Buyer, you will:

• Be placing purchase orders, expediting, and providing customer service functions.
• Be compilation and maintenance of information and records to prepare Purchase Orders.
• Be contacting vendors and suppliers for quotations and maintain relationships.
• Be reconciliating of payable discrepancies and customer problems.
• Be researching specifications of products not clearly identified.
• Be entering and editing purchase orders and blanket order releases.
• Be ensuring product file integrity.

This is a full-time contract opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3 to 5 years of Buyer experience.
• Microsoft Office Outlook.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, and Communications.
• Excel experience.

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
