What You'll Do

Deliver high-quality nursing care utilizing the nursing process within regulatory standards
Perform patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
Effectively communicate and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team
Delegate tasks appropriately while maintaining accountability for patient outcomes
Educate patients and families to promote health and safety
Document care activities accurately and thoroughly
Stay informed on current laws, standards, and regulations affecting nursing practice

What You Need

Current RN license in Florida
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
2 or more years of relevant nursing experience
Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

This position is based at a reputable healthcare facility in Sarasota, Florida, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. The RN will be responsible for supporting patient recovery and wellbeing in a Medical/Surgical setting, working alongside a collaborative team committed to excellence.
