What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process within established standards and practices

• Manage and delegate care responsibilities to licensed and ancillary staff
• Utilize data and clinical knowledge to evaluate and improve patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare laws and standards
• Document care activities thoroughly and accurately

What You Need

• Required:
  • Florida RN license
  • Current BLS certification from American Heart Association
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical hospital experience
• Preferred:
  • Certification in clinical specialty areas
  • Proficiency with hospital software and electronic health records
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
