What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process in a Medical/Surgical setting
• Assess patient needs and implement appropriate teaching strategies for patients and families
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, communicate and delegate tasks to team members
• Document patient care activities accurately and manage resources efficiently
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations and standards
• Support quality improvement initiatives and promote patient satisfaction and safety
• Adapt care delivery to meet the diverse needs of patients in a fast-paced environment

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Florida
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on nursing experience
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Proficiency with computers and healthcare applications
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Certification in a clinical specialty area (e.g., med-surg)
• Additional training or certifications relevant to acute care
