We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing, privately held organization expanding its regional footprint throughout the Northeast.

This is an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded insurance professional who enjoys managing client relationships, handling day-to-day account needs, and working across a variety of Commercial Lines accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strong, long-term client relationships while serving as a trusted advisor.
• Review and analyze commercial accounts, including coverage, limits, exposures, and program structure, and make appropriate recommendations.
• Prepare new business and renewal applications for marketing submissions.
• Develop and prepare client proposals and renewal presentations.
• Handle day-to-day servicing of assigned accounts, including endorsements, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), invoices, and other policy documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers and underwriters to obtain quotes, resolve issues, and ensure appropriate coverage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and markets.
• Participate in client renewal meetings and assist with renewal strategy.
• Collaborate with producers, clients, carriers, and internal teams to provide exceptional service.
• Maintain accurate and organized account documentation and ensure timely completion of client requests.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience.

• Strong knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty coverages and markets.

• Experience servicing a diverse range of commercial accounts.

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license.

• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaborative team player with a strong commitment to client service.
