Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Drive ready-mix concrete (RMC) sales growth through strategic customer engagement and market development* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, and internal partners* Lead pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and profitability optimization* Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities* Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure exceptional service delivery**What Are We Looking For*** 8+ years of leadership experience in high-performance environments* Construction materials experience (i.e., ready mix concrete, aggregates and/or cement)* Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies that deliver measurable results* Demonstrated capability to build trust and influence effectively with customers and stakeholders* Solid business acumen with a focus on profitability, pricing, and market positioning* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills* Proven ability to adapt in a fast-paced, results-driven environment**Work Environment** This role operates in a combination of office, field, and customer-facing environments.
